9. Information policy

The Zehnder Group communicates regularly with its shareholders, the capital market and the public. The CEO and the CFO are the designated contact persons. Annual reports and six-month reports are available online on our website www.zehndergroup.com/en/investor-relations/reports-and-presentations in German and English. This also offers an opportunity for interested parties to subscribe to news publications and access other information. A meeting for media representatives and financial analysts is held at least once a year.
